You have work to do in finding a sustainable diet.

The last thing you want is to have to do is binge and diet and binge and diet.

Well, I don't "have" to do what I have done. I think it is pretty clear that I "chose" to do it. Now I need to get back on track.

When you get bigger do your poops grow as well? Or are they the same size but more numerous?

Everybody knew this would happen.  You have the discipline of a two-year-old.  Just go back to attention-whoring with anti-Trump shyt and stop the fake diet blog.

You also said I wouldn't stick to the plan for as long as I have or lose as much weight as I have.

Spanky, I don’t understand why you’re having so much difficulty sticking to the diet plan.  You fully understand the stakes involved with NOT losing the weight. Your life is on the line.

Do you really want to leave your wife as a widow?  Think about it, it’s not cool.

I am not really having difficulty. I lost over 200 pounds. I've gained back some, but it will fall off as quickly as I gained it.

I was astounded by the rate in weight gain. I didn’t even think it was humanly possible to eat that much carbohydrates.

Clearly my body reacts differently to food intake than others. I have stated this for decades. I gain more weight than others given the same input.

Part of the current problem is I have been on a large does of prednisone for 12 days (today is the last day) and prednisone is known for inducing fluid retention. So a lot of this is probably water weight.

That’s not really how it works.  The more you lose weight, then gain weight, then lose weight, etc, the more difficult it becomes to reach your desired goal.  This is because when you diet your body goes into a sort of survival mode because it thinks it is reacting to low food/starvation conditions.  When you stop dieting and resume eating normally (for you), your body tends to store more of those calories as fat tissue to guard against the next low food/starvation incidents.

And so yo-yo dieting actually ends up slowing your metabolism and creating more fat cells.  This is why people who yo-yo diet never seem to reach their ideal weight and always look unhealthy.

You need to stick with the doctor recommended diet plan AND get exercise every day.  If you’re up for it, you should be going on walks at least twice a day.  If there are health reasons preventing you from walking, you should go to a pool twice a day and swim laps.  Start out by using a kick board or even the side of the pool and get used to using your legs.

You are right that it isn't good for my metabolism.

And I have started exercising. I saw my personal trainer today.

What types of exercise did your trainer have you do?

I think swimming is the best low impact exercise for you.  If you’re self-conscious about your appearance, wear one of your t-shirts in the pool.  I wear t-shirts when swimming outdoors or going to the beach in the summer to avoid direct sunlight and other people do it too.

He has told me that I am really not to the point of being able to do much. He hasn't even prescribed walking to me, though he is not opposed to it. Right now he is focused on improving my mobility, balance, and flexibility.

I have two full workouts that each take about 30 minutes. I'll post one of them after I redact his info from it.

Your body may hold the key to perpetual motion.  It magically creates more energy than it takes in.

That’s why you should be doing workouts in a pool.  The buoyancy in water will take a lot of stress off of your legs and joints.  Get a pair of aqua socks or water shoes so that you have traction and do some slow walking in the pool water.

This will be better than anything your trainer is doing for you.

You are only fooling yourself. Your diet is a failure.
